“The place seemed run down. Skipped breakfast seeing just cold items but coffee wasn't terrible. The staff let us check in early which was nice but since they couldn't find the housekeeper to verify if the room was ready we were told to go in ahead and see, which was odd. My husband misplaced the room key and the nightshift guy just issued him a new one after just asking the room number (no cross checking the name or seeing ID) which I guess is a sign of trust culture maybe but felt somewhat...

“This property was actually closed. When I got there, I was rerouted to another property across the street, a Ramada. The Ramada was really bad. Very dirty. Very few people there. No breakfast no coffee.”

“Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. ”
