“My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. “It was a great house but didn’t have much of anything in the kitchen for cooking and only 4 plates. No patio furniture. Pretty noisy neighborhood. The inside of the house was nice and the management company was very good. ”
