"Helt fantastiskt hotell, med ett fantastiskt läge i Matera/Sassi. Rummet beläget i en grotta var väldigt trevligt med unik spartansk inredning som matchade läget och hotellet perfekt. Personalen var oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten och frukostmatsalen var även de av mycket stor behållning, med ett lokalt matfokus på högkvalitativa råvaror i säsong. Möjlighet till säker parkering på annan plats (Valet parking koncept) med tillhörande transfer till hotellet. Rekommenderar stark detta hotell som en lite annorlunda men helt fantastiskt pärla!"

"A little bit difficult to communicate with the staff even though we speak Spanish and English! It is a very Italian resort. There was nice personnel who wanted to help but sometimes we thought some of them were tired to service and tourists in general. But it is not only the hotel but the whole region who seems a bit tired of service compared to other parts of Italy close by. We expected more from a four star hotel. An Italian family oriented hotel."
