House Rules:
Please read and be aware of these House Rules before arrival. Failure to follow these House Rules will immediately result in the following charges:
-🍄FEES: Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests for your stay. Unapproved guests visiting the house without proper communication will be added to your guest list and result in an additional $20/day/person for your reservation.
-🍄FEES: NO HOUSE PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS, any sign of these will result in an immediate eviction without refund and a $200 charge.
-🍄FEES: Unapproved LATE CHECK-OUT will result in an additional $30 every 15 minutes after check-out time.
-🍄 FEES: NO PETS, any guest found to have had a pet indoors will be immediately evicted without refund and charged an additional $200/day + any additional cost for extra cleaning.
-🍄FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 charge.
-🍄FEES: Smoking of any kind inside will result in an immediate eviction without refund and an automatic $250 charge + any cost to deodorize the house.
-🍄FEES: Tampering with or breaking any of the electronics, furniture, or appliances (including; but not limited to, moving furniture from their assigned rooms) will result in an immediate $250 charge.
-🍄Quiet Hours: 10pm-9am

-We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
