“Everyone was so polite and I love the eco consciousness. The breakfast buffet has great choices. No need to bring pajamas, facial care, q-tips, brush/comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, plus the usual soap and shampoo/conditioner. There are a few washer/dryers on-site but there is also a laundromat across the street if none are available (they even have a dedicated washer for shoes!). I didn’t try it but there are separate onsens on-site (female and male). Very short walk to Ueda station so great...

Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene”
