“Tye staff are friendly and cooperative ”

“The staff was very welcoming even when we arrived extremely early in the morning. They held onto our bags and they were in the room when we checked in later. They made sure we had everything we needed.”

“Philo Hotel is a small family-owned budget hotel situated on the third floor in a depilated but beautiful architecture apartment block in central downtown Cairo, close to Tahrir square. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, equipped with a hard but still comfortable double bed, tv (Arabic channels only), private shower, balcony, and two large windows facing the street. But since the hotel is situated in an old apartment and the furniture may have seen its best...

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!”

“We stayed three nights on the ninth floor, enjoying spectacular views and convenient restaurant access. The location is fantastic but understandably loud and chaotic. Unfortunately, cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had dusty walls, filthy shower glass, hair, soap scum, and a clogged drain that left us standing in dirty water. The elevator was filthy and frightening. The sheets were the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years of traveling: old, pilled, and scratchy. Worn pillows, a...

“A very nice hotel with a perfect location right just in front of the egyptian museum at the Tahrir Square. The rooms are very clean and fresh with a nice private toilet. The staff are very helpful and serviceminded. We can highly recommend this hotel when you’re in the centre of Cairo. ”

“All good”

“The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. ”

“Smart staff with exceptional service.”

“便利な立地ですが幹線道路に近く、クラクションなど騒音が大きいのですが、その為チェックイン時に耳栓をくれます。フロントは建物の2階にありますが、正面玄関からその事が分からずチェックイン時は間違った場所に来てしまったのではないかと戸惑います。しかしスタッフはどの方も人柄が良く、とても親切です。”

“Fantasktigt läge precis vid Nilen, grym utsikt ifrån 26 våningen. Bra gym och pool”

“Staff were excellent and made our stay special. Pool staff went over and beyond. Not many amenities around but easy to get an uber around. Food was great too! No complaints about this stay!”
