La Maison de la Toile de Jouy / Paris & Jouy OG

Offering a very nice view of the listed site of the Bièvre valley, this quiet residence, located in Jouy-en-Josas, at 800m from the RER C train station, within Versailles Grand Parc agglomeration, offers 12 beds and consists of 5 bedrooms, a studio, a bathroom and two shower rooms, 3 toilets, a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen and two gardens.

Up to 14 people (if 2 sleeping bags).

The cleaning fees include a concierge service: reception, check-in and check-out.

The men's Olympic cycling event will pass on August 3 via the D117, in Jouy-en-Josas (source: Versailles website). One will be able to see the athletes from the house.

The women's Olympic cycling event on August 4 will pass through Buc, a neighboring village.

The Olympic horse racing events will take place in Versailles: the former and famous royal city borders Jouy.

The Paralympic Games will take place from August 28. The Maison de la Toile de Jouy is open until August 31st, 2024.

Regarding the decoration aspect, the Edmond Petit workshop came to digitize some rooms in order to reproduce, on wallpaper, the original drawings of Philippe Oberkampf's themes: a world first!

These decorations testify to the artistic richness of the French 18th century.

The "Maison de la Toile de Jouy" (House of the Jouy Canvas) is made up of 5 bedrooms and a studio, a bathroom and two shower rooms, 3 toilets, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen equipped and a garden on both sides of the house.

You have the possibility to park 4 cars (2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway).

Regarding some services and equipment, please specify your choices on your answer so that the concierge can prepare the Maison de la Toile de Jouy according to your wishes.

Options:
Deluxe Shower gel and shampoo : €11.5/day for the whole house.
Washing machine: €6/wash.
Machine to dry the linen: 6€/drying.

Options must be paid in cash to the concierge. A proof of deposit and a bill will be given.

4 high density Bultex (2 mattresses 90x190 and 2 others 80x190cm)
1 umbrella bed with a good quality baby mattress.

The beds are side by side (with "king size" bedding) but can be separated (with individual sheets). The home can accommodate up to 14 people (if sleeping bags in addition to the 12 beds).

The house is 800 m from the commuter train station, Vauboyen (RER C), and allows you to reach Versailles or the Massy-TGV station (High Speed Train station) in less than 15 minutes. The City of Paris is less than 1 hour away by commuter train and less than 25 mn by car (off-peak hours).
