Gîte Barbouillet – Village of Cottages

Le Mas de la Bastide is a holiday village with 19 accommodations, hosting 2 to 10 guests each. Several cottages can be combined for groups of up to 40–50 people (except July and August).



The property offers 3 pools, including one heated, a playground, tennis court, ping-pong tables, pétanque courts, a bar-restaurant, and direct access to hiking trails.



Barbouillet is a spacious, modern 160 m² cottage in southern Ardèche, set on the heights of the estate—ideal for 2 or 3 families with children. Enjoy exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and sunsets.



The house features two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a double bed (160 cm), dressing room, bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet, and a private terrace with a view. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, a separate toilet, a large living room with TV, fireplace, air conditioning, electric heating, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). The large outdoor terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue, and an animal enclosure. Parking is available in front of the cottage.



The atmosphere is friendly, and everything is done to ensure you all feel perfectly at home during your stay.



In high season, lively evenings with concerts and meals are organized. Groups are welcome, with half-board or full-board options and assistance with event planning.
