âThis hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and still has easy access everywhere. FYI, when we arrived on Sunday, the tram #3 did not go straight to the tram stop near the hotel (Music Academy), and we needed to switch to the #3 bus, which took us some figuring out--obviously the hotel should not be blamed for this. We got just the right degree of attention from the hotel staff during our stay. Tall people may find the attic room we were in a little restrictive as well as the cabinet...

âEin tolles Hotel in Gehdistanz zu allen Möglichkeiten, mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Baselcard ist super und die Bags um sich im Rhein treiben zu lassen sind genial. Zuerst waren wir etwas erstaunt ĂŒber den Preis des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks, doch es war sehr reichhaltig und ausserordentlich vielseitig. Es hat sich gelohnt. Werden es wieder besuchen. â

âStaff, were fantastic with making sure we having a great stay,. We asked them for advice on our sightseeing ideas and they made suggestions that were perfect and fun.. i could not compliment the staff more Serena, and Oxlem, were just two stand outs..â
âThe hotel was great. Beautiful and comfortable, the personnel was very welcoming and nice. The location is perfect, although there had been a major fire in the building in front and the area was busy with workers and fences to solve the aftermath of the fire. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I got the salmon-trout which was cooked to perfection.â
