On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV opening onto the dining room, a master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a desk area with fiber optic internet, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a second bathroom with a washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and a smart TV, the other with two 90 cm single beds, and a toilet.

Outside, a pleasant garden is furnished with garden furniture, a dining table, parasols, a barbecue, and three parking spaces.
