âOn a business trip and joined a conference. The breakfast room with everthing spread out at different stations was extremely frustrating. It took too long to go to four different sections to gather my stuff. Fine when on vacation, but not for business. Wasted too much time. The elevators were frustrating at time, when busy it took ages to go down to the lobby.â

"The black taxi drivers keep pressuring you to take their taxi due to their repeated insistence. I didnât feel free to choose a taxi. The black taxi drivers stand at the hotel entrance and ask you to take their car â this happened to me several times, even though I didnât want to. I prefer to choose a taxi calmly and comfortably, without pressure or being forced to take a particular one.

"I live here before as on other Rove , i come many times few hours earlier to hotels and if room are free they let me in special when I'm a VIP and Gold member in the hotel , and I ask if rooms was ready and she say yes but want 75 AED or I have to wait until 4 pm , I have never run in to this before I donât care about the money itâs the behave this small things do I will never set my foot there again , greediness nothing else and I leave one day before , Iâm in Vida now big different.
