The 4x8m saltwater swimming pool, secured by a cover, has a depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.50m and is open from June to September. On-site parking is available. The property sits on 5700m² of land. Located near the Château de Jumilhac, nicknamed the Pearl of the Périgord, this gîte is in the heart of the Périgord Vert region. Just a few minutes away, the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Frugie offers an organic shop, a restaurant, a market, and a friendly atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many Terra Aventura trails accessible nearby.
