“Ett riktigt bra hotell med riktigt bra läge. Mittemot gondolen till First skidområde och skidbussen precis utanför hotellet. Ligger på huvudgatan med bara några minuters promenad ner till tågstationen dit även bussen går på 2 minuter. Fina rum med riktigt sköna sängar och kuddar. Vi valde ett Room Eiger med balkong och utsikt mot Eiger vilket är mäktigt. Fantastisk frukostbuffé och härligt spa, även med pool. Bor gärna här igen.”

“Very nice place and very kind front desk staff that was very helpful. The room was alright and the breakfast was great. The only thing that could be worth clarifying in the hotel description is that the hotel is only reachable via cable car since the hotel is located right up by the moutains. We had a great overall experience and it was fun having to take the cable car up to the mountains, it just took us a while to figure out how to get to the hotel since the GPS couldn't find it.”

“Helt fantisltisk personal, så hjälpsamma med allt från utflykter till att få den mat som vi önskade. Reste med två barn på 10 & 11 år som inte åt alla mat på hotellet, men personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma med att sätta ihop bra barnmenyer åt dem. Väldigt trevliga omgivningar. Det ända lilla minuset var att när vi bokade så uppmärksammade vi inte att det inte gick att köra bil till Wengen. Nu löste det sig jättebra, för man parkerar bilen i Lauterbrunnen och tar bergståget till Wengen, en...

“Very clean and comfortable hotel! The shower was amazing. I wish we had the option to move the 2 small beds together, and it would be nice to be provided shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise the stay was great. Having a nearby bus stop was very ideal as well since the walk up was extremely far and steep from the station.”

“The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing.
