“Very bad air quality. The hotel has rooms next to a busy freeway only few feet away from the windows on the second floor. The AC can’t be shut off so it spews exhaust fumes and noice all night. It was fully booked so no other rooms were available. The air in the room is basically toxic. Also when asking for a late checkout even when being a Marriot Bonvoy member it was refused although they gave it away to higher ranking members before me. What’s the point of even being a member? “They don't have an ice machine on property and in order to have ice you need to ask staff for ice trays. The bathroom didn't have enough towels so I went down for more but they didn't have any clean towels available and it was more than an hour wait just to get a couple towels. They also give you the bare minimum in bathroom amenities, no hair dryer just a bar of soap and shampoo. The hotel was booked completely and they never seemed to have enough staff on to help people.”

“I haven’t been camping in over 30 years so I wasn’t ready to go tough it out in the woods in a standard tent with sleeping bags so this was a perfect middleground for my family and I. The campground is maintained very well, the staff is extremely friendly, they have lots of activities, live entertainment, and the most refreshing pool I have ever swam in. I will definitely be back.”
