This is an extremely bizarre review, as Michael was a repeat guest from January. In fact, upon booking, the following is what he stated. “Have been here before…look forward to coming back.” My response was “Welcome back Michael, look forward to accommodating you again.” Further, not once did Michael attempt to reach me. There was no message from him upon checking in, nor did he attempt to call. This is an anomaly, yet upsetting nonetheless. I can’t please all the time, but I will continue to do my best.

Hi Eric, please know my prices are below market. The Holiday Express, off the beach, with similar accommodations is $320 vs $250. I can’t help the site fee & taxes. There should be enough in the cupboard for 2 people to cook in & eat. My apologies about the lack of a headboard, but there are 4 pillows. We do have blankets in the storage closet available. For sanitary reasons, we do not keep them in the unit at all times, especially when the weather is warm for the most part. My apologies, as I wish you were fully satisfied. Warmly, Gary
