Beautiful Jupiter 3/2.5 + Loft Condo only steps from the beach on Carlin Park!
Located only a short walk from beautiful Jupiter Beach, our Bella Vista Condominium has been recently updated with all the modern amenities.
The condo is a spacious 2 level layout on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building. With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.
Each bedroom has a 40" TV and there is a brand new 65" Smart TV is in the living room.
There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.
If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.
The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.
The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park. Carlin park also has a 1.25 mile walking trail with 20 fitness stations where you can get in some exercise while enjoying your stay.
A Publix grocery store along with many other fine retail establishments and a Cinepolis movie theater are all less than a mile away.
The Bella Vista community offers the following amenities: Tennis, Pickle ball, Racquetball, Bocceball, resort style pool and a cabana clubhouse.
The unit is fully furnished with everything you need including linens, towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, kitchen cooking pots & pans, utensils, etc...
There are many sport, recreational and entertainment opportunities in the area

If you are a scuba diver, contact Bill at Jupiter Scuba Diving at 561-814-3483 and go out on the Kayalami Charter Boat. Their website is https://www.jupiterscubadiving.com/

Blueline Surf and Paddle rental is also within minutes. Their website is https://www.bluelinesurf.com/rentals/.
Jonathan Dickinson State Park: Hiking; Kayaking, Bike Riding, Bird Watching, etc...It's just beautiful and only 8 miles up US 1. Their website is https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/jonathan-dickinson-state-park
Visit some great restaurants. "The Woods" owned by Tiger Woods; "1000 North" owned by Michael Jordan; Just opened "Charlie and Joes at Love Street" owned by Joe Namath. Utiki, Jetty's, Square Grouper, Guanabanas, Food Shack and Hog Snappers. These restaurants and others are all located within 1-3 miles of our Condo.
If you love the theater, Jupiter Maltz Theater is just across the street from the entrance to Bella Vista. Their website is https://www.jupitertheatre.org/
Jupiter, FL is a wonderful destination. Come enjoy the sunshine and all it has to offer.

Great space, great location. The hosts were super helpful with restaurant recommendations, house setup, kitchen amenities, etc. I’ll be back next year for spring baseball.

The place was nice. It was a great location as my friend lives in Bella Vista as well so a shortfall to his condo which was convenient fur us. We had 4 of us staying and there was plenty of room we did not do a lot of eating and drinking at the place as we did most of it out or at the other condo.

We had such a wonderful stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Jupiter. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. The location was great for the teens to be able to have a little independence. Carole was a very responsive and accommodating host. We hope to be back someday!

Loved this condo and area!
This was the perfect place for a family celebration of my son graduating from college. It’s very convenient area so close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive and provided all the amenities to make it a great stay!

Delightful stay in Jupiter
We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. We were there for 5 weeks and settled right in. The kitchen is so well stocked it made it homey. The location is perfect, right next to Carlin Park, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. Carole was very responsive and nice. Check in and check out were very easy. Really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back.

Just Perfect!
Clean, comfortable, organized, beautiful view, and very peaceful and quiet location! There were so many restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Really appreciate all the information Carole provided. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home and relaxed.

Perfect for stay with four adult daughters
We opted for Vrbo vs hotel block for a family wedding in Jupiter. This place worked out perfectly. We walked to beach, pool and tennis and it was so close to restaurants etc. unit was well fitted with beach chairs, towels, pickleball rackets etc. beds were very comfortable. Host was super responsive and even sent me the sweatshirt I left behind!

Perfect Location, Great Condo
We love love love this property. It's a fantastic location, all around - and this particular unit in these condos has the best view and easiest access to the walking trail and to beach access via Carlin Park. We had a complicated reservation because of Hurricane Milton, and our hosts were consistently thoughtful and helpful communicators. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay, and plenty of room. We were 3 ppl, but could have comfortably had more in this space. Absolutely would stay here again.

Family wedding
Unit very clean and looked nicer in person! Perfect location for family wedding at Pelican Club —short 1.3 mile drive. Short walk to Jupiter Beach Resort where bridal party stayed. Walk to beach under 10 minutes-but we drove taking the provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. More family members rented unit next building and we had family lunch under covered patio by pool. Great family fun all weekend!! Owner quickly responded to questions.

Jupiter weekend
This was a very nice unit that we (two couples) enjoyed for a long weekend. One reason for picking this unit was its close proximity to the ocean at Carlin Park, which was a short walk away, and allowed for some relief from the hot summer weather.

Jupiter wedding
Thank you for an amazing week at your townhouse. Our daughter’s wedding was at Jupiter Beach Resort.
There is an actual trail behind your property that took us there walking. We walked to the beach and had our family barbecue at the beach. You have the town house well stocked with everything from beach chairs, beach towels, coolers. In the town house, everything is well stocked kitchen, all bathrooms were well stocked as well. We had a family of seven staying comfortably.
Beautifully decorated with costal Florida feel, right down to Ernest Hemingway’s books!
Bring your tooth brush, that’s all!
We couldn’t ask for a better week, Thank you!

Great place to stay!
We spend the month of March at this beautiful, nicely decorated, and well-equipped loft condo on Carlin Park in Jupiter, and had an absolutely wonderful time! Our host, Carole, was easy to get in touch with if we had questions, and she was attentive and gracious. The condo has an extraordinarily nice location right on beautiful Carlin Park, so close to great restaurants and shopping, the Loggerhead Marine Life Center, and the beach. The third floor deck overlooking Carlin park was a lovely spot for morning coffee or happy hour in the evening. The condo is comfortable and cheery, and it was an easy place to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place and location
Property was amazing. The rooms, bathrooms and common spaces were clean and spacious. Location near park and beach. Within 2-3 minutes of great restaurants.

Perfect Location
Our family enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding and the place accommodated 7 adults comfortably. Everything was super clean, stocked and totally complete. The location on the park & the ability to walk to the beach was perfect. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this home.

Carlin Park
The location of this unit is excellent. Directly on Carlin Park, which has ocean access, so a 5 minute walk puts you on the beach. There are a couple dozen excellent restaurants within 2-3 miles, without having to get on a highway. There are several nature trails and wildlife refuges within a reasonable distance. Also, shopping and other activities a little further south in West Palm Beach.

Excellent!
Would definetely recommend this condo to everybody! Plenty of space for a family of 4. Lot’s of supplies kitchen and towels. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Carole!
