Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
Kayaks and Paddleboards, is at the risk of guests and state/local laws must be observed.
If you would like to bring a boat and leave it at the dock you must first inquire with us to determine if the boat will fit on the dock and through the cove.
A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
