We are disappointed to receive this review. This guest was very pleased with their stay. They wanted to reserve the same dates for next year. We made it clear it is first come, first serve when they elected to think about it because that time of year is highly sought after in our area. Unfortunately another traveler booked part of the dates they were interested in, while they were thinking it over. Their happiness seemed to change from that point, blaming us for the inconvenience. It was made very clear the availability was first come, first serve. This condo is located in a a lovely beach community, one of the nearest places to stay to the beach and town amenities that allows short term rentals. We have never received a review such as this one because the pricing is in line with the market rate for proximity to the beach, being an updated condo, and so forth. We strongly believe this guest posted this review with dishonesty and as a result of missing out on next year’s reservation.
