Welcome to this comfortable, split-level home away from home that can host up to 8 guests. Featuring a relaxing fenced in back yard, large sectional sofa, and ample sleeping spaces, we're sure you'll enjoy your stay.

Located only a 20-minute drive from the University of Michigan and the center of Ann Arbor, this home is a convenient option if your attending an event in the area.

If you have the time, feel free to explore the historic downtown Ypsilanti and Depot Town nearby.

Additionally, the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is in close proximity, about a 20-minute drive.

The posted rate includes 2 guests. We allow up to 8 guests maximum. Each guest past the 2 initial guests is an extra charge of $15 per person per night. The system does the charges automatically as you enter the number of guests.

  • If you are ever lucky enough to attend a Michigan Football game, do it! The atmosphere is incredible and you’re surrounded by 110,000 plus if your closest friends :) Try to tailgate before the game! Bring a car to the golf course early as it fills up fast! There is a no bag policy so make sure you have pockets! It may not look huge from the outside but when you walk in you’re at row 70 out of 96! So there is a long way down to walk!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it had a nice patio area out back. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

Perfect for a family get away

Originally we booked for a basketball tournament for my daughter. She ended up getting injured and George was able to accommodate our reservation promptly. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Two washers and dryers if needed. Super comfortable beds. Will book again if we ever return to the city.

You get what you pay for

I’ll start with the good—the couch & TV were nice. The king bed was comfortable. The half bath in primary bedroom was tiny but at least it was there. The not good—the house smells musty. The second bedroom is a full size bed (not a queen) and the other rooms are twins so it’s an uncomfortable house for more than one couple. The backyard was a disaster—huge branches from a tree laying all over and yard (front & back) hadn’t been mowed in weeks. Obviously there had been a storm at some point but the neighbors had cleaned up their stuff. It was “updated” but everyone was done very cheaply & no attention to detail. The price was better than other places but it was not a place I would stay again.

Short family vacation

Greatly appreciated being away from all the overly busy places. But at same time, only 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. And 20 min to the Ford museum. Restful. Had the nice extra touches for being away from home - Qtip, salt, even some ziploc containers if you had too many leftover. Lots of outlets. even has a big back yard if needed/wanted to be outside. Thank you!

COMFIE COZY HOME

This home was perfect for our short stay in the area. In a quiet neighborhood, with an awesome backyard, very cozy living room with wraparound couch, 4 bedrooms to accommodate many and a great kitchen, plus amenities like coffee & tea so we didn't have to shop!! Would certainly stay again.

Comfortable place. We weren’t looking for luxury, just a place to hang with family. This fit the bill with lots of sleeping space. Reasonably close to Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills, Detroit, and Canton where we took in museums.

Excellent stay in Ann Arbor/Yspi/Detroit area

Our family very much enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was roomy, plenty of beds, very well stocked, clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. We knew it was close to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti attractions, but surprised it was only a half hour drive to downtown Detroit. Great bike trail just down the road and also very close to Ford Lake Parks. Looking forward to staying here again when back in Michigan to visit family.
