“The staff was incredibly helpful when fog canceled our flight. The room was nice and they provided a space heater when we were cold. It was well located. Walking in Varanasi is difficult because of the chaotic traffic conditions but the walking distance to major sites was short if you can manage dodging the vehicles of all kinds, cows and dogs etc. ”
