“The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one....

“I am very delighted to recommend this hotel to my friends and family . staffs are very polite very helpful and specially staff MITRE from the front desk she went extra miles to help us . i and my family are very happy and satisfied about our stay . Thank you . only one thing a bit disappointed no locks in the shower room . even though we are all familywe all respect our privacy . ”

“Great location near the station. 5 min walk through the park and you are in the city centre. The hotel is new, modern, quiet and comfortable. We arrived 21.50 and had travelled for 16h and we needed food or just a snack but we were told the kitchen had just closed. Cleaning of rooms is done if you request the night before. ”
