“We are happy with the Mika Hotel Kabulonga and would recommend it to others. The service have tough been varying and not all staff are as service minded as others. This we have experienced since the answers to some questions has differed between staff. “I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows. “I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.”

“We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date...

"The stay here was very good. Newly opened, everything is very fresh and in reasonably good order. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded. This is the kind of hotel that I am happy to stay in and it is right next to the terminal building. No problems to walk the 250m to the hotel from arrivals, but since we arrived at night, the hotel arranged a shuttle. "
