“The floor in the room had sand or some other small particles on it, which is unpleaseant, while no slippers where provided. The hotel was a bit worn down generally/not ready built. Renovation near the gym/spa area made the air very dusty and impossible to use without health risk. Very good breakfast service with fresh pressed juices, instant chef made omelettes etc. Good and fast room service. Good service at the reception. Good security. A good 3 star or a bad 4 star hotel.”

“Good option If you need a hotel not too far from Borg el Arab airport. Check-in was possible in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a sea wiev. The breakfast was very good with vast options of pastries. ”

“This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.”
