“all was fine ”

“Very clean rooms, breakfast was delicious ”

“1st room we had the AC didn’t work, it was dirty (shrimp tails left on the floor from previous people, bathroom dirty, floors not clean in general) the remote for 1 tv didn’t work and the 2nd tv didn’t work at all. Management moved us to another room that had AC working. Cool, bathroom was nasty, floors were dirty, neither TV worked, only had a half roll of toilet paper(ran out of that and borrowed a roll from my brothers room) at least the sheets were clean I guess. Would not recommend staying...

“The hot tub was broke , the hot tub was the reason i booked at this property and disappointed to find it broke when we went to check in”

“There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. ”

“We seen a roach in our room. The pool did not have enough chlorine in it I actually caught i really bad ear infection after visiting. The hot tub does not work and is not in service. They do serve breakfast we spent the weekend down there because we were visiting my husband who is incarcerated the stay was ok for the price i guess.”

“The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good. Nice bar area. The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out. Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room.”

“Too many electrical outlets did not work was the only issue. ”

“Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. ”

“Check in and out was easy. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking seemed safe. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Access road in need of repair. Parking space difficult to negotiate. Good location, comfortable, quiet, and met our expectations.”
