âthis property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC! â
âWe loved the No Vacancy. Our room was individually decorated, the parlor area was relaxing and loved the bar with it's Wednesday night, very diverse salsa dancers. The bar tenders were so friendly and led us to a jazz bar for some Kansas City Jazz. We just may return.....â
âI have stayed here more than once and will be back! My daughter and I went for a get away and she loved it! Hotel is beautiful, we took our dog with us this time and they have a dog bag for you with gifts! He loved the treats! Room was beautiful and the view! Spectacular! â
âLovely big bright room with comfortable beds and wonderful pillows. Breakfast so, so. Hate everything pre made and to eat and drink out of plastic and paper cups, plates and cutlery. Sustainability !!!â
âThe front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!â

âEven though it was extremely expensive for its low standard (2 stars?), I booked the hotel because they were supposed to guarantee early check-in & late check-out as a Gold member.
At arrival I was required to pay half a day's cost to check in early. I had brought food with me since their restaurant is closed mostly post-covid, but there was no way to heat it.
