“The rooms are big, airy, spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is delicious. Location is excellent. This has been my favorite hotel since many years. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Great value for money. Clean room, clean bed and sheets. Clean bathroom. Nice hard bed, hard pillow and heavy duvet ensured I didn't even turn once while sleeping. Breakfast was great value for money. Room was really far from the lift. The corridor outside the room looked like a construction site since many rooms were being reconstructed. ”

“The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice.
