“Perfect 👌”

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Overall a nice stay but I had higher expectations of this pricy hotel. Rooms were moist/humid so our clothes got a rotten smell also the towels after one time use. Room cleaning was not on top. We didn’t even get slippers so we walked on dirty floors bare foot (we had the superior room). Staff at reception were not so nice or friendly but the breakfast staff were great and attentive. “The listing is for a boutique hotel and what we found was a hostel. It is located on a busy, loud street. Others staying here were smoking in the hallway. The beds only had a sheet, no other blankets or comforters. The heater eventually worked in our room. We slept in our sweatshirts. The listing says parking available & perhaps I interpreted that wrong as I assumed it was available on property grounds. It is street parking…IF available. Not that we need a tv but the listing said there are tvs...

“Everything was great. Sheets and the bed were clean which is the most important thing. Decoration has its own taste but is nice and different from others, you can see the owner has put a lot of theirselves into it, it's very personal. The apartment is right next to couple of restaurants and Vucciria market. Really good and one of the best rated gelatos is few meters away same goes for Quattro Canti and the rest of the historic part. Anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Palermo for a nice price...

“L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la vieille ville. La communication avec Giuseppe a été fluide et sans problème et il nous a attendu très tard le soir de notre arrivée. Il a même réservé une table pour nous chez GUDA (5 minutes de marche), qu'il nous avait recommandé et où nous sommes retournées plusieurs fois. Nous avions loué l'ensemble du logement (3 chambres) et tout est parfaitement fidèle à l'annonce. Les chambres sont immenses, la salle d'eau avec WC est récente et le bas à...

“Hôte accueillant mais la chambre est au bout d’un couloir intérieur le long de chambres .Déco peu agréable, chambre quasi aveugle sur ruelle . Vendredi soir tous les bruits montent jusqu’à 2 h du matin et plus. Sdbs très petite et mal entretenue. Cafetière Nespresso et capsules en quantité, petits gâteaux théière et sachets.”
