With CDC cleaning standards and keyless entry, staying in a private home makes for the perfect way to vacation safely.

For your health and safety our house keeping staff follow the CDC cleaning standards to assure the property is cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected prior to each stay.

Bottom Floor:
Bunk room with private bath, garage, main entryway.
Main Floor:
King master with private bath (with TV above tub!). Additional half bath, two dining areas, kitchen, and living room, laundry room, backyard.
Top Floor:
Queen master with couch and private bath, king bedroom, 1 queen + 1 Full bedroom. Loft with twin day bed w/ trundle. Shared bathroom.

Located in the beautiful Jordanelle Retreat, you can take advantage of all of this properties onsite and neighborhood amenities, as well as being minutes from Main St and world class ski/snowboard resorts.

Not only will you have access to the entire home, you will be given access to the Clubhouse, gym, pool, hot tub, 15 acre park, playground, hike and bike trails, which are only a few steps away (further details below.) The clubhouse amenities cannot be reserved.

Living Area(s)
Bring your entire group together in the large spacious living room. Enjoy your evening in front of the fireplace and wall-mounted Smart TV.
If you are looking for your own separate space or somewhere for the kids to hangout, the loft can be enjoyed on the 3rd floor, equipped with its own smart TV and plenty of games.

Kitchen
This large gourmet kitchen comes stocked with everything the chef in your group will need to cook up whatever is on the menu. Stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and anything else your group may need.
(2) 6 person tables (12 total table seating) and 4 bar stools along 10ft island are all available for dining needs.

Bedrooms and Baths
Relax and get some rest in one of the 5 bedrooms; all of which have their own smart TV. Bedrooms have all been updated with new linens and pillows to make sure you get a great night's sleep!
3 Bedrooms come with their own on-suite bathrooms! 4th bathroom is equipped with large double sink area and separate shower and toilet area.
Each bathroom comes ready for you to enjoy with an initial setup of items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper products, towels and linens.

Garage and Parking
There's room for 1 vehicle to park in the garage and 2 more in the driveway. The clubhouse has a parking lot if needed. *Note, street parking varies seasonally throughout the neighborhood HOWEVER, there is strictly no street parking.

Clubhouse/Community Area
Along with this incredible home, you will have access to the neighborhood clubhouse. The clubhouse has a 12-seat theater room, conference room, great room with pool table and kitchen, fitness center, pool (open in the summer), and year around hot tub! The community also has a 15-Acre park with grills, picnic tables, a kid's playground, and hiking/biking trails.
