Booked this room a month in advance
Upon check in, there was a mess up with the rooms,check in took forever.
So we stayed two nights in one room then moved to another room. Keep in mind we stayed for ten days. So that was a bit annoying. Coffee was not provided in the rooms and we were told to get it from front desk, yet all cleaning carts the chambermaids have are filled with coffee. Left a note asking for some, was told only front desk, then two days later coffee was left in our room. Why the screw around? The elevator wasn’t working, renovating going on. Checking out took way longer than normal because something came up declined, yet I had paid in advance.
Room was not cleaned properly, coffee mugs couldn’t even be washed. So needless to say we won’t be staying anymore.
