“Spacious and clean rooms. Old style as no renovation since opening 2000. Cool asmosphere as this is probably the only chance to stay in an old palace. Food expensive and not tasty although we didn’t discover the restaurant at 6 floor until last day”

“市街地の出るには、55番のバスのみ。おそらく１時間に２本。（55番のバスが2台しか運航していないと思います）　遊園地が近い。徒歩圏内。　ジムがあったが、使用できない状態だったので、設備には不満の評価をした。このため、外をジョギングすることになってしまったが、エンパイヤホテルの海岸線はジョギングに最適。往復8Kmくらい。”

“Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews. ”

Every staff member we met greeted us with a big smile and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience of the hotel and of Brunei. The hotel itself is a classic Radisson business hotel with all amenities you could ask for including a nice buffet breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and a gym which we used.
