Peaceful
As I ponder the days spent at ‘Little Ranch House’ in Utah, I have a BIG smile, remembering the great conversations outside by the fire pit, beautiful sunsets, comfortable, didn’t lack for nothing. We already decided if we do that trip again we will stay here! Thanks for the memories

Loved the Mountains View
Yvonne took care of us really well, communication was very good. Clean ranch home. Absolutely loved the ranch. The mountains view was simply amazing. We are planning to go back there during the summer as well.

Vermillion cliffs stay
We love this home!! This was our second stay here. We are avid hikers and the premier Vermillion cliff hikes are at your doorstep here (White house TH, Buckskin, Wire pass, and coyote buttes north and south). The home is gorgeous, incredibly well stocked, beautifully furnished, has excellent WiFi, and is so rural you feel like you are in the desert wilderness practically. Very private and peaceful. We love it and would not hesitate to visit again.

Great stay!
We wanted something away from town/crowds and the location was great for us! 30 min to Page and an hour to Kanab. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed!

Little Ranch Home was a great place for us to stay in the middle of our National Parks adventure. First of all, the home was super clean. I swear, the kitchen has every small appliance or tool you could ever need. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer available to do a couple loads. We loved how dark it is there at night. The night sky was amazing. The host was excellent communicating arrival and departure instructions. We’d definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Ranch House! It is so peaceful and the views are spectacular from every room. The house itself is a unique design, felt very spacious for us and our teenage boys, and was well stocked for ease and comfort. Great kitchen. We especially loved spending time on the patio watching sunrise & sunset & stargazing by the fire at night. The pool was fun and refreshing. The location was central to all the things we wanted to see in the area: Grand Canyon, Horshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion National Park. I wish we had had more time to explore right around the house because it looks incredible--just driving around from place to place is beautiful. Great place to relax and unwind during a busy vacation!

Weekend stay
We stayed for a quick weekend. Perfect property for two couples. Nicely decorated and all the amenities you would need. Ideal location to explore the southern Utah area (but not too far to drive into either Page or Kanab for dinner or supplies). Would stay here again.

Perfect for Paria
Superb house and location for hiking the Paria Wilderness. Too many great hikes, but certainly the Wave, South Coyote Buttes, White Pocket, and the slot canyons are all nearby and exceptional.

PERFECT PLACE TO SEE THE MILKY WAY AT NIGHT!
Absolutely adorable house that's perfect for star gazing at night. It's so quiet and dark that you can see the milky way! We stayed here for 2 nights coming from Page AZ and visiting Zion National Park which is 2 hours away. House was so clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was unlocking and locking the door. We were afraid we were going to break the handle as you have to pull it so hard toward you to lock and unlock. We give this place a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful property and very well stocked! Gorgeous views and all the amenities you could want. There was a cleaning snafu, so I can’t give it full stars, but appreciated the quick communication and resolution from the owners. We would stay here again for sure!

A weekend between Page and Kanab
The house was well stocked and equipped. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for 3 to 4 people. A couple of suggestions would be the knives needed sharpening and a lamp on the bedside table in the room with the double bed would be nice.

Relaxation with big views!
We had a a great stay wonderful sunrise and sunsets enjoyed the fire pit for sunset…good layout, wonderful light puts in views from inside too, kitchen very well stocked lots of spices and kitchen equipment…mattresses in general could use an upgrade Thanks to the great hosts for a lovely spot to unwind after hiking!

Private Ranch with Beautiful View
Cozy ranch with great aesthetic! Exposed beamed ceiling, wonderful furnishings and decor. It is evident that much care was taken in so many details. The well stocked kitchen, toiletries and great bedding and linens helped make our stay so comfortable! We enjoyed the beautiful views, sunrise over the canyon and the fire pit at night taking in the stars! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place - but very far away from town of Kanab
The house and views from it were amazing. The house architecture, amenities and everything else about it were great. Unfortunately, it is a 45 min drive (one way) East from Kanab. Our original goal was to be close to the town of Kanab so that we would have a reasonably short drive to Zion, Bryce and the North Rim. The long distance from town, to the East, added a total 1.5 hour commute every day. Which wasn’t fun. We had planned for dinners in restaurants in Kanab, which didn’t happen. The long distance from town should have been made more clear in the ad. It’s a great location if you are heading to the East side of the State (e.g., Lake Powell)

Amazing stay, great location
Looking for a place out of the crowds of page, gorgeous views, privacy, secluded, open space? Then this is the place House was superbly tastefully done, homey, spotless clean & and everything you need was there (towels, linen , extra pillows, paper goods, condiments you name it) AC was great (saw previous posters complaints, and was concerned... I like my ac cold... worked great... but being a mild mid/late may outside temps were only mid eighties, so can’t comment how it would do in 100, but I think it would be fine)

Better than pictures!
This property was unbelievable! Way better than I could have dreamed! It is secluded but not too far from page arizona. The scenery is amazing! The house was very up to date with nice decor! They had everything you need there and was very clean. I highly recommend this house! I will stay here next vacation it is close to so many trails, views, and parks. Easy check in and hosts are very responsive.

Truly can not express how awesome this property was. 30 minutes from Page, in a secluded but very accessible area, there are an unlimited amount of activities you can do to keep you busy. The property itself was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms were perfect sized and very comfortable. And the place was spotless. The property itself was so beautiful. Yvonne was a gracious host who was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful Home with a very Poor AC System
This home is located in remote Kanab.. Its called a "Hogan" and very cute & decorated beautifully. Unfortunately a result of poor instructions left by owners to only touch the AC On & Off Buttons and not adjust the temperature from 68... the ac unit only turned on the Fan and we couldn't get the home cooled below 82 degrees for 4 days. Very uncomfortable. Reached out to owner but the same instructions were given to turn it on via remote. It would cool eventually. The home was dirty upon entry.. oil on kitchen cabinets and all the drawer handles in kitchen were greasy - refrigerator was dirty, pantry needed wiping.. I spent my first hour cleaning home. There was Even a spider in our bed first night (no mattress pad on King size Bed). Home unfortunately has outdoor Ant Invasion..I was told to sprinkle comet until house cleaning crew could purchase more. Today I see the Home is no Longer listed on VRBO??

Andrea, We spoke the day of arrival with instructions on how to control the a/c. It's unfortunate that an user error cause the home to be unbearable for 4 days, which I was notified the day of departure of the continued heat, because you had the fan on the entire stay. There's an individual cooling unit in the second bedroom in addition to the a/c unit in the main living area of the home. Which if used properly, cools the home. The home is located in the desert, therefore we do our best to control the bugs and critters. We try not to disturb our guests and suggested a solution if we can not be there immediately. Not that we expected to you to control the pests. The home is clean and disinfected after each guests. It's unfortunate that you did not have a a favorable experience. I have apologized numerous times and refunded your money as agreed. As I mentioned to you in an earlier conversation after you graciously accepted the refund. We are building additional features to the Ranch and taking care of the ant situation. I've addressed your concerns and did the very best that we could to make it right. I'll repost my property when all the additions are completed for our guests to enjoy the Ranch home. If you have any additional questions or curiousity.... You may contact me directly and I'd be happy to answer your questions.
