The pros were that is was clean, the staff were friendly and they were able to change my room last minute to accommodate my mobility disability. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it smelled really good and people were coming out smiling.
The cons were definitely the staff using the handicapped stall when not needed. They said it was to "save" it for someone but that still meant I had to walk the parking lot to get in. The mattresses are SUPER soft/old and for me...
“Jasper is gorgeous so you can’t really go wrong by staying there. For the price ($400ish for a single room) I would have expected a few more perks. Pool and hot tubs closed early. Room was smokey due to fireplace maybe, window screens didn’t fit the windows properly so didn’t feel secure or openable and lacked ventilation. No breakfast. But again it’s Jasper and I needed a room, so I’d probably stay there again but request a room in an upper floor.”
