“The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.”

“The most beautiful resort! Staff was wonderful and the views were amazing! Rooms were big and so nice! Very tasty and big breakfast.”

“The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful.”

“Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.”

“Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.”

“Exceptional resort wonderful food cooked to perfection excellent staff we were very impressed especially one young man called jerry nothing too much trouble best stay in india”

“We loved this place! This is a small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They really go out of their way to accommodate your needs and give you a wonderful experience in Munnar. Rooms are neat and clean and breakfast offers a variety of tasty foods, both Indian and continental. The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the town or take a rickshaw or taxi to the sights around. Do not miss the guided morning walk that the hotel offers. This is a fabulous way to get to know the...

“great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door. The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride. The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important.”

“The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. ”

“The food at dinner was good. freshly cooked, home style. the stay was a dampener as the photo and other facility description seen at your website and reality is far from truth. the way you advertise the visuals (photographs of the resort) and talk about the facilities at the resort is completely a fraud. its deceptive, you fool people and lie. this is a private small guest house type facility. it is no where near a resort. the actual place and what you show in the website do not match, its a...

“I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect peaceful yet easily accessible. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely...

“Extremt lyhört. Kisslukt i badrummet. Smutsiga golv. Noppriga lakan. ”

“Shamrock is pretty close to Munnar (town) but still up in the hills close to some great views and nice forests - so it's a very good starting point for exploring Munnar. The staff is helpful and reliable and can arrange trekkingtours and such. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order breakfast (150 INR/person) and dinner (a good deal to chose from) for not much money. The breakfast was quite boring but cheap. Had dinner once and that was very good. Mostly all good BUT the hotel...
