Hotell nära Kanata Leisure Centre and Wave Pool

“Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, wonderful staff, excellent location. Shower water pressure was rather weak, but otherwise a great stay.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was okay, a larger variety of fresh options would make the overall experience even better.”

“I’m not one to give a bad review but I have to. Very disappointing experience. The hotel was old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. The entire place looked unkempt and clearly needed proper cleaning, renovation, and upkeep. Breakfast was listed as one of the hotel's amenities, but there was no breakfast provided, which was misleading and frustrating. To make matters worse, the room key fob wasn't working, so we had to rely on staff to open the door for us every single time we needed...

“The staff was very welcoming and took the time to wish us a happy anniversary, it was very appreciated. Thank you!”

“Direct indoor connection to the airport, and then to downtown via the light rail. Restaurant was standard hotel fare. Gym was a little small, but functional. Rooms are a reasonable size and we'll appointed.”

“Parking was safe and lots available. Staff very friendly and d helpful”

“Excellent service”

“Having a room above the restaurant/bar is not the most enjoyable because of the music and vibrations. Otherwise good.”

“Very quiet , clean and close to airport”
