“The hotel was right located in the city center, with just about 50 meters distance to the walking street. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with parking. The room was clean and spacious. Very confirmable bed. If you come with a car, don't trust the navigation via post code or telephone number, both led us to wrong addresses and we had to use google maps and ask locals for direction.”

Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use.
