“The room was ok. The breakfast was not good. When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.”

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...
