This is a lovely home. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out front, people watching and going to the park. The kitchen was easy to use, bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely.

Really nice spot for a single traveler with easy access to the Plaza and downtown. Parking in the drive worked out great as I was there for my daughter’s baby shower and I needed easy access to my vehicle. Great spot!!

Great Stay

Place was as advertised! It was everything we needed and more. King bed was very comfortable. Place was very clean and tidy, definitely recommend!

Cool place

In town over night, really just needed a place to sleep. Property had been freshly cleaned, bathroom did smell like bleach so if you're sensitive I wouldn't recommend it. If you're unfamiliar with the area they had a notebook of great recommendations on restaurants, bars, and things to do in the area.

Perfect for our needs!

We had appointments at Children's Mercy hospital. This was a convenient location. It's basically a straight drive north to the hospital. Much more comfortable than a hotel would be. Very happy with our experience.

It was a ok place to stay for a night.

Overall it was a ok stay. Definitely not worth the price I paid though. The parking was not very good. And you can hear the people up above you a little to well. It wasn't very nice hearing people up and walking around late at night when you are trying to sleep. It could have been a bit cleaner. Still seen some trash left from the occupants before us and certain areas were not cleaned very well. But like I said it was ok for a night. Just not crazy about paying what I did for a one night stay with some not so happy issues we ran into during our stay.

Great Spot!

We only stayed here for a night, but it was a nice little spot in a quite neighborhood. We used the pullout couch as well which was fine. We walked to the art museum nearby which was free and this spot is only a short drive to a lot of great things to do in KC. I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.
