The water in the shower not got hot, the hotel didn't have utensils as promised, i need a forks for our dinner and any large spoons were available. The walls were very thin i could hear everything that my neighbors were saying and doing. The price was good but not worth the rest of the hassle

Property is older and shows its age. But also looked as if there had been updates made such as the flooring. Large free parking. Great location especially close to KCI art institute. Staff was very friendly. I was not expecting much and ended up being pleasantly surprised!

I reserved a room and got in super late. By the time I arrived they had just given my room away to another customer. Fine print apparently said that if you aren’t going to be there by 6pm you need to call to hold the room. I got charged$179, and had to go to another hotel at 1:30am and paid double. If you ask me, this was horrible customer service, the manager even said that they over booked the hotel and did nothing to accommodate. They said I should receive a refund in2-10 days. This was a disappointing experience

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is pretty tired. Some things in the room were broken or in less than great shape and definitely need repair. The location is great - cheap room for being right on the Plaza.

Our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot overnight, the window was completely smashed out with glass everywhere. The employees here were very nice and helped us tape plastic over the window and clean glass up. The hotel itself was dirty and smelled bad- our room smelled so strongly I was unsure if we were going to stay. The bathtub dripped, the floors were dirty and the cabinets were broken and in disrepair. This is by far the worst experience I've had staying in a hotel.

This property has to be one of the worse I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is a joke muffins and still granola bars. The bathroom sink dripped all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The manager was very rude.
