The Space:
Recently renovated, our kitchen features fresh and fun new cabinets, quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the spacious deck. The comfortable living room is great to watch a movie or big game on the 55-inch LED Smart TV. Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and luxury bedding. Parking provided in attached parking lot.

You'll have all the comforts of home in this completely renovated condo. Kitchen is fully-equipped with all cookware, bakeware, glasses, dinnerware, etc. You'll enjoy a gourmet cup of coffee brewed by the Keurig machine and topped off with flavored creamer and sugar. Master bedroom features king-size bed and a 43-inch Smart TV. Second bedroom also has a king-size bed and large closet. Leave the bathroom essentials at home! We provide fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer. Washer/dryer included.

**Variations in furniture/furnishings could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be of like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail.

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is located just a few blocks from the Country Club Plaza. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Close proximity to Westport, Brookside and Downtown.

Getting Around:
If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a stop down the street. If you're feeling adventurous, hope on a Bird or Lime scooter and go exploring!

Other Things to Note:
• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.
• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping
***Pets welcome; however certain aggressive breeds not allowed.
***Violation of house rules could cause guest being asked to leave with no refund.
***Due to this being a condo building, there is a potential for hearing normal noise from connecting units.
***Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
**While we have high speed Wifi, we do not have a direct router to plug into.

While the location of this property is great as you are very close (short drive) to lots of things, the property itself needs some work. The check in process was cumbersome (not sure if this is typical for VRBO) and requires you to upload your ID, the space was not super clean/could use to be updated, and there are not enough linens for 5 guests, even when that’s the number of guests that were requested on the booking. If the couch is going to act as a place for a 5th person to sleep, it needs to be replaced. There was 1 blanket (that was cut in half?) and zero pillows for this person. The towels are very thin and old and not all of them were clean. Although this was better than paying 400 for 1 night at a hotel, I would not stay here again unless things were improved. Also a note, this property says it’s on the first floor but there are stairs you have to climb to access it. Not very many, but good to know in case you need a true first floor/accessible option.

The condo is spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen which looked to be well equipped.We selected it because we thought is was truly a first floor unit with an at-grade entrance. What they don't tell you is that it is the lowest unit, but it requires you to carry your belongings up and down seven steps.

Cute place convenient to good stuff!

Clean comfortable place with convenient parking. Easy walk to many great Westport Rd restaurants as well as the Plaza area. Had a great stay. * The toilet is very loose & needs some attention!
