Welcome home, where small-town charm meets city convenience. This home offers a quaint escape in a tranquil neighborhood while being perfectly positioned for easy access to Kansas City, the historic town of Weston, and the military history of Ft. Leavenworth.

This cozy retreat embodies the warmth of a small town. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbors, and the unhurried pace that defines the quintessential charm of Platte City.

I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

Whether you're seeking the tranquility of a small town, the excitement of the city, or a bit of both, our home is your gateway to a memorable and versatile stay. Our home is a true ranch! Other than the few steps up to the front porch, three bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room area all on one level.
There is a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry area, living room and bar area in the basement.

Quick Access to Kansas City:
While reveling in small-town tranquility, you're only a brief drive from the vibrant energy of Kansas City. Explore the eclectic neighborhoods, indulge in world-class dining, catch a Chiefs, Royals, Sporting, or Current game, or immerse yourself in the cultural offerings of the city.

Great stay!

Property was clean and host very responsive and cooperative. Perfect stay for the five of us. More room than we needed and quite comfortable. Screened porch nice for morning coffee and extra vanity space worked well for all ladies.

Absolutely wonderful!

The house is awesome and Rob is super responsive if you have a question or need anything. This is a very spacious home with lots of areas to visit, play games or get some alone time. There is a nice back yard with screened-in porch. It was just perfect for our 3-generation girls' family reunion. The beds are super comfy and the home is tastefully decorated. The basement looks newly finished. Would stay again for sure. Everyone loved it.

Perfect location

We had family flying into KCI and the location was perfect for picking them up. In addition, it was close to restaurants and shops. The home was nicely decorated and as described. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was sizable. Our family felt very much at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Home Away From Home

Great stay for family, with lots of space for everyone! Home was nicely decorated, really clean, and a convenient location to Kansas City and Historic Weston. We loved the large screened-in patio, and spent a lot of time out there. All that, along with quick and friendly communication from property manager... I highly recommend and would certainly go back when visiting the area.

Girl’s Weekend

What a relaxing place. Check-in was seamless with great communication from Rob, our host. This was a perfect setting (the screened in porch was fabulous), and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and filled with comfortable accommodations. Recommend!
