“Det här är ett topphotell. Supertrevlig och kundorienterad personal. Rymligt fint rum med en säng jag ville ta med hem. Stort utbud av aktiviteter och bekvämligheter. Frukost med allt som önskas. Allt vi ville ha för en nyårshelg där det i övrigt är rätt så nedstängt i Shinjuku.
Men det är stort, och tillrättalagt, och möjligen inte så mysigt, genuint och familjärt.”
“We are so happy with our stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious (the entire hotel was stunning). The room was also very quiet which I was extremely grateful for since I'm a light sleeper. The view from the room over the garden was absolutely amazing. “Good hotel, nice and friendly service. The hotel has a nice warm pool that was really relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean.
The only downside is that the were no possibility to unpack your cloths properly as there basically are no drawers where you can place anything. For short stays is no problem but for longer stays it's difficult to have a tidy room.”
