âThe location of this place is outstanding! Central and walking distance to everything imaginable. Itâs also located in a very cute street with restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The staff is so friendly! Although itâs a virtual check in and no reception on-site, thereâs a hotel across the street that can help you with anything you need.
I would like to call out a few things though - our apartment was on the top floor so we had to walk up a few flights of stairs. No elevators, so if...

âA very plesant stay in salzburg at hotel Sacher. Beautiful and clean rooms with and a friendly staff. There are comodities such as Sauna and "spa-area". Also they have a nice lounge area and bar, but dont eat at the sacher grill it was a dissapointment to us.â

âLovely big room with comfortable bed and sofa, and very clean. Lovely bathroom - only negative was tap design / hand basin design meant water splashed everywhere even on very low pressure. The owners were delightful and extremely helpful. Would recommend.â

âVĂ€ldigt trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal i receptionen. Rummet var riktigt bra. SĂ€ngklĂ€derna var av bĂ€sta kvalitet. Frukosten ingick inte och eftersom den var sĂ„ dyr (25 euro/person) sĂ„ Ă„t vi inte pĂ„ hotellet. Receptionen tipsade oss om ett stĂ€lle tvĂ€rs över gatan som hade ett mycket bra utbud med smörgĂ„sar, yoghurt, kaffe och juice.
Hotellet ligger nĂ€ra MirabelltrĂ€dgĂ„rden och nĂ€ra bussturerna âSound of Musicâ. VĂ€ldigt nĂ€ra Ă€ven till Mozarts hus.â

âBlev varmt vĂ€lkomnad till hotellet av Ă€garinnan. Alla gĂ€ster fĂ„r presenter. Personalen vĂ€nliga och hjĂ€lpsamma. Rent och snyggt. Handdukar byttes varje dag. Man kunde göra kaffe och te pĂ„ rummet. LĂ€sk och vatten i kylskĂ„pet. Fantastiskt inredda rum med "mĂ„lningar" i taket. Supermodernt badrum. MĂ„nga tv-kanaler bla kan man se pĂ„ Sound of Music gratis.

âIts a 5 star hotel! Its the 2:nd time I and my wife are in Salzburg and in this hotel. Again it showed the 5 star overall level and especially the people working in the hotel, they did the little extra for us again that bring the hotel to a 5 star hotel. We will come back for sure, there is no need to look for another hotel if you want to go to Salzburg, this is it! đâ

âVi har bara gott att sĂ€ga om detta hotell. Personalen var mycket hjĂ€lpsam. Rummet var stort och sĂ€ngen var skön. Det var Ă€ven bra frukost med mycket att vĂ€lja pĂ„. En positiv överraskning var att turister fĂ„r Ă„ka gratis med lokaltrafiken. Detta var det hotellet som informerade oss om. â

âVery nice stay in the outskirts of city center. Situated in a quiet street. 15 minutes walk to the tourist area. We stayed for 2 nights and we never used the car for exploring the tourist attractions.
The room was spacious, modern and clean.
A good breakfast was included in the price.â

"Nice hotel. We, a family of four, stayed in a family room, and it's fine if you dont plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Room was nice and clean. Not a lot of space for bags, and with a small bathroom. But it works fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast ok, nothing special but the garden is really nice. It's a seven minute walk from the train station and around 20 mins to the old town. Overall, a nice stay. "
"When we entered the room there was a stong scent of perfume, so we had to air out the room before sleeping. The second day we did not want cleaning because of the perfume, and when we got back at the end of the day it instead smelled dingy. Feels like they tried to hide it with the perfume. Due to no AC (which we did not check when booking), the room was very hot. Very close to the old town though which was good."

"Clean and pretty apartment quite central in a seemingly calm area. Nice with AC due to hot weather. Bed linen were missing for the bed sofa so we had to go get them ourselves in the equipment room. We booked shortly before arrival so we had some troubles checking in. All communication went through whatsapp which felt really unpersonal but they answered our questions within 5 minutes. Service wise, it had been so much more welcoming and wonderful if they had staff on site."
