“Room: cave room was comfortable and cosy. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater. I like that it is next to a quiet courtyard. The lights could come in through the large glass windows/doors so I don’t feel claustrophobic. Staff: great service. Mr. Mustafa Kemal, the night shift staff stood out for me. “The location was perfect. We loved the breakfast area and buffé. We stayed off-peak season in a suite and although we never got to see any balloons because of the weather and the time of the year the stunning views and original hotel made worth its while. We stayed in a suite room, it appeared smaller in reality than how I’ve imagined in the photos but it was still cute and cozy. We would stay again! ”

The hotel is family owned, and they are very nice and helpful. We could feel that we are very welcomed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel.”
