Enjoy an unforgettable 180-degree panoramic view of the entire Olpenitz harbor basin, the Maasholm marina, the ships entering and leaving the Schlei fjord, and the pilot station island all the way to Denmark from the exclusive "Aloha Lounge" holiday apartment!
The Aloha Lounge is located on the top floor of the Klabautermann II building, directly on the Olpenitz harbor promenade. Upon entering the apartment, you can see the water through the wide, floor-to-ceiling windows. The light-filled, loft-style living, kitchen, and dining area with its exceptionally high ceilings offers a variety of perspectives. Depending on the light, different seating options are available, making the 80 m² feel even more spacious.
The balcony appears to float above the harbor promenade. Whale watching included! With a bit of luck, you might spot porpoises in the harbor basin.
The living room features a comfortable, water-colored sofa that also serves as an additional sleeping option (140 x 200 cm). Here you'll wake up to a view of the water. A flat-screen TV is integrated into the view and can be flexibly positioned to face the sofa or dining area. The large dining table with comfortable armchairs seats four people.
The open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a stove with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you'll also find a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware.
In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Tom Tailor box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), ample storage space for your wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The electrically operated skylight allows you to let in the cool night air when desired. Blackout blinds are fitted to the windows, and the skylight can also be darkened.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a washer/dryer. Should you wish to relocate your home office to Olpenitz, a desk is available for you in the hallway. Our vacation apartment features underfloor heating throughout. Three electric skylights ensure good ventilation and temperature control in all rooms. The "Aloha Lounge" is therefore the perfect vacation retreat in every season.

The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy the colorful sunrises and sunsets here in the north. A private, free parking space is available in front of the building. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. You can store your bicycles in the shared shed.
