The holiday home "Süd-See-Seite" leaves nothing to be desired in its approximately 127 m². The modern and stylishly furnished living and dining area invites you to linger and offers a beautiful view of the harbor through floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you can access the spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for convivial evenings of cooking. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, two bedrooms offer space for four people. The master bedroom features a large double bed and faces the harbor. The second bedroom has two single beds that can easily be pushed together to enjoy the view of the Schlei. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, promising pure relaxation.
A special highlight of the house is the studio on the second floor. Here, too, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Schlei and the entire resort harbor. This additional living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. From the studio, you can access the spacious roof terrace, where you can admire the sunset. The top floor also features a sauna and another large shower – perfect for ending the day with a bit of pampering.
This holiday home is located on the southern side of the property, allowing you to enjoy plenty of light and sunshine both inside and on the terraces. Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, and you can store your own or rented bicycles in the lockable shed. An electric vehicle charging station is also located in front of the house.
Please note that roadworks are currently underway in the front part of the street. We cannot rule out the possibility of noise disturbance. Prices have already been reduced due to this situation, and a subsequent discount is not possible.
