Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the travel price. These will be billed separately based on consumption. This allows you to monitor your individual consumption and settle charges fairly.



For your convenience, we offer you the option to book bed linen and towels in the form of linen packages directly through the Seeblick Ferien ORO agency. When booking these linen packages, your beds will already be made upon your arrival.



Upon your arrival, a deposit in cash is to be deposited. This serves as security and will be refunded immediately after deducting consumption costs during check-out.
