Good place, good staff that makes a respectable effort to speak English. Only complaint is the room doors don't block much noise from talking passerbys

ห้องสะอาด พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี เป็นมิตร ใจดีมาก จองห้องเล็ก แต่เจ้าของให้ย้ายไปพักห้องใหญ่ ขอบคุณมากๆเลยค่ะ อยากจะบอกว่าอาหารเช้า อร่อยมากๆเลยค่ะ

Best place to stay in Karakol. Excellent hotel, very comfortable and clean. Not a guesthouse but a real hotel with excellent breakfast

Has to be the best hotel in Karakol!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A free room upgrade on arrival was just the start. The staff couldn’t do enough to help from recommending restaurants to organising trips to the great sights Karakol has to offer. The local breakfast had something for everybody’s taste. We spent a day walking around Karakol itself and it’s safe to say there wasn’t any hotels that looked anywhere near as good as this one. We only stayed for 3 nights but feel like we made friends for life with the hotel staff. Only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street too. If you pick this hotel you will not be disappointed!

Hôtel bien situé et bien tenu, confortable, sans doute un des tout meilleurs de la ville, et surtout Avec une équipe et une direction très serviables et a l écoute Je recommande sans hésiter
