âI stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop itâs easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. Iâll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. Itâs quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.â

It was clean and had a descent standard in the rooms. The bathroom was very good with floor heating and a jacuzzi.
On the bad side, the refridgerator smelled as if something was rotten inside it.
Stayed over New Year and they gave us a bottle of sparkled wine and chocolate complementary.
Recommend this hotel for families or others who enjoy spacious rooms.â

âAmazing place to stay! Perfect location in the historic old center of the city, great ammunitions and room is very clean. A great breakfast every morning is included as well.
There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. â
