“This hotel was not as Jamaican friendly/ catered much for authentic Jamaicans based on my experience. As an authentic Jamaican back home to vacation , the food was trash! Unfortunately that is what I was looking forward to the most. The beef served one of those nights was so tough, oh my gosh! Customer service for the most part was good. A young lady by the vegetarian bar was rude one day, not in what she said, but with her tone, and mannerism. It is good that the hotel has many activities...

“Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.”
