“Vid vår ankomst hade vi tänkt bada direkt men var tvungna att vänta 45 minuter för att få poolhanddukar. Det skulle kunna finnas handdukar på rummet för nyanlända gäster så hade det problemet avhjälpts. Vi saknade också en restaurang med middagsbuffé. Som det var nu fanns det inte mycket att välja på om man inte stannade flera dagar så att man kunde boka plats på de populäraste restaurangerna några dagar framåt. Det var alltid fullt de närmaste dagarna.”

“Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. ”

“Great hotel with delicious food and beach, the staff is wonderful, specially the entertainment crew (zee). Zee made our trip! Alot of activities, including paddling, beach volleyboll and snorkling. “Ett fantastiskt resort med underbar personal och entertainers. Maten var utmärkt med stort utbud. Hotellet ligger precis vid flygplatsen så det går snabbt att ta sig dit, och man tänker inte på att flygen lyfter under dagen. Rent, modernt, romantiskt, perfekt för par, bröllop, smekmånad eller familjer för att fira födelsedagar etc. De håller efter stranden hela tiden så det finns ingen tång. Skönt med 18 årsgräns. Privat strand där bara hotellets gäster får vara och inga angränsande hotell....

“10/10, cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful property. Exceptional service. Worth every penny. Small, intimate resort. Cozy, but not claustrophobic. Quiet and relaxing. More mature crowd. "We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
